Babak Riahipour

Babak Riahipour had a number of bestselling solo albums, he has played bass on over 150 albums, and toured with over 20 artists including the legendary Googoosh . He has performed in over 20 countries, and plays an extensive number of genres including fusion, Jazz, R&B, Rock, Metal and Funk. He is well known for his slap technique.

He has been a Yamaha endorsee since 2003 and plays BBNE2 in addition to several other Yamaha models. A regular member of Jury of many festivals, Babak has a very busy teaching schedule and continues to train new musicians and hold masterclasses.
